By Popular Demand...102nd Jackson Day Race!

Prerace registration and T-shirt and packet pickup will be available at Phidippides Sports, 6601 Veterans Blvd, in Metairie on Friday, January 9, from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM. Entrants who registered online or who mailed or faxed in registrations can also pick up their numbers, T-shirts, and packets.

Executive Race Director Chuck George has declared this year's Jackson Day Race T-shirt the best ever. "Runners and walkers may consider signing up just for the shirt alone, simply one of the most stylish ever" according to George. Shirts are now available for pickup at Phidippides Sports. The race date is Sunday, January 11, 2009.

Meeting Notice

The NOTC General Membership Meeting and 2008 Grand Prix Series Awards presentations will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at 7:00 PM at the Lafreniere Park Foundation Center Building, 3000 Downs Blvd, Metairie, LA.

Reordered T-shirts for the Turkey Day and Ole Man River races are available for pickup at the following locations:

2008 Grand Prix Series Awards

Congratulations to all the 2008 Grand Prix Series participants. After a year of races, here are our series award winners. Awards will be presented early in 2009.

If you participated in all of this year's Grand Prix Series events please email grandprix@runNOTC.org with your name and T-shirt size. Series completion awards will be given out in early 2009.
