NOTC Fall Running and Walking Clinic

September 29, 2020

Bucktown Harbor Marina, Metairie

The NOTC will present a FREE clinic for runners and walkers of all ages, abilities, and experience levels. The sessions will be conducted by NOTC board members and RRCA-certified coaches. The training program will run for eight weeks, starting Tuesday, October 6 and concluding with the NOAC Turkey Day Race Thursday, November 26.

The goal of this clinic is to provide a free service to the community during these difficult times, while so many have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This program is designed to keep people active while training for a 5K in an eight week period. This will get people ready in time for the Thanksgiving holiday and the 113th NOAC Turkey Day Race.

The first session will be held Tuesday, September 29 at 6:00 PM at the Bucktown Harbor Marina. Attendance will be limited and COVID-19 related precautions will be followed. Pre-registration is required.

The NOTC Fall Running and Walking Clinic is open to all runners and walkers, NOTC members and nonmembers alike.
